Site Loads but Registration Stalls—Any Quick Fixes?

I can open this online platform just fine, but the sign-up form occasionally times out. Before I message support, any quick tweaks—enabling cookies, switching browsers, or checking regional settings—that helped you complete registration?

How to find us:

​

Our address is 763 Burnside Ave., East Hartford; however, the driveway is around the corner on Scotland Rd.  If you're using GPS to find us, use 50 Scotland Rd. as the address.  We are the blue/gray building on the left hand side of the entrance road.  

​

The main door is up the ramp on the back side of the building.  The entrance to the training room is on the side of the ramp.

​

There is additional parking in the front of the building, on the Burnside Ave. side.

​

Please do not park in the lower lot by the other building, we don't own it!
